Sometimes your browser is remembering old information, like our previous "proxy server" (the way to tell library websites that you're part of campus - where there's subscription access - even when you're off-campus). The best options to try are to:
- clear the web browser's cache (and yes, it's annoying to have to do, since it will forget a lot of your frequent sites, etc.)
- open an incognito or private browser tab/window
Note: Faculty with affiliation to multiple institutions are particularly vulnerable to this issue. i.e if a faculty member is logged into their IU email via their browser this will impact their ability to access DePauw resources. Always make sure you are logged into your @depauw.edu account when attempting to access library resources.
