First, you do not need to know what libraries own it!

• For whole things (like books), we need at least the title and author to place a request.
• For articles, we need at least the journal (or newspaper or magazine) title, year or volume, article title, and article author (or page number) to place a request.

The easiest way to place an ILL request is to find the item you need through the Library Search and click on the 'Request Item' button. Refer to the FAQ on What is Interlibrary Loan (ILL) for a short write up and a quick video to guide you through the process
