Reproduction of any materials must be approved by the Coordinator of Archives and Special Collections or the Archives Associate. Researchers will need to complete a copy request form to begin the process. Duplication fees are applicable.
Photocopies and scans cannot be made upon demand. Copies and scans will be made when staff time allows and mailed to the researcher upon online payment.
Collections cannot be photocopied or digitized in their entirety. Copies of material are made for private study, scholarship and/or research use only. They may not be published or reproduced in any fashion without written permission from the DePauw University Archives and Special Collections. If publishing, exhibiting or uploading any material from the collection, please complete a request to publish or quote form.
